THE MIND CAN'T FIGURE IT OUT
I’ve REALLY tried and we all have but here’s the good news the mind
can’t figure it out. What does this mean? Well for one thing, it implies that
we could for once really relax and seek for greater wisdom from within. Logic
can only get us so far but to seek more complete wisdom one must relax into the heart where we can connect to the Infinite Mind of Spirit. That's all ;)
Here’s how I came across this insight:
My mind was taking me on a whirlwind with trying to resolve
a situation that arose the night before with a client. Clearly I wasn’t at
peace with how things unfolded so the next day I entered into an ongoing
dialogue of trying to figure out how I can resolve this situation.
I gave my mind a good chance. I allowed it to reason away
but still my body felt anxious and tense. Yuck! I really don’t like this
feeling and I bet many of you don’t either.
So finally I applied a little bit of Enlightened Teachings
and just released the thoughts, the logic, the figuring it out, the making it
happen.
I just breathed…..I relaxed into my body…... I really felt
what was going on inside emotionally and I breathed into it all: The anxiety,
the unease, the tension…….. I invoked Spirit and asked for support……. I continued to surrender
into feeling my anxiousness and discomfort……
Deep breaths really supported me in this.
And, well, What do you think transpired? ~~~ Well, I gotta tell you those
Enlightenment teachings are onto something because I shifted. First I felt
better and more connected! And as I stayed with this process for a while, INSIGHT FROM THE DEPTHS OF MY HEART spontaneously
arose that provided clear guidance on what was really going on.
I felt resolve. I felt peace of mind. I entered back into
harmony. Yay!!!!!
Breathing, Invoking the Divine, Dropping the Mind’s Chatter,
and Relaxing Into the What IS acted as a portal to my liberation.

All is One and One for All!
In order to experience the fullness of life and constantly drink and be nourished by pure Source energy, one MUST exist as both an entity and a member of a community. Looking around today, there is much more emphasis placed on individual, personal growth and not enough value on the need for coming into union with others. Ironically, this is ESSENTIAL for achieving our own successes and feeling that fullness within ourselves. For this reason, as I look around on a subtle level I observe that many people are carrying around this void that arises from the lack of feeling themselves as part of a supportive niche. I understand that this is basic, elementary knowledge. Though, it’s amazing how much we’ve walked away from it.
A community that celebrates you and you in return offer your gifts and gratitude to it, is a divine celebration of life. A commUNITY that moves you forward and in this process together you all move to higher grounds: What a gift this is!
The balance between giving to individual, personal time and then sharing and elevating yourself in a community, a family of beings, is unbelievably nourishing. If you want to drink from the well of divine life, give yourself fully to experiencing life as both an entity and as a member of a community. All is One and One for All.

The Illusion of Needs
It was a Lesson from the Course of Miracles which FINALLY allowed me to dissolve the belief that I need ‘this’ or ‘that’ because these things or achievements will make me feel happy and complete. Through MEDITATING on a lesson from the Course of Miracles that I do not lack anything, I awakened into an indescribable fullness that has never left me. I share this lesson with you today:
“Lack implies that you would be better off in a state somehow different from the one you are in. Until the 'separation', which is the meaning of the 'fall', nothing was lacking. There were no needs at all…,The REAL purpose of this world is to use it to correct your unbelief... A sense of separation from God is the ONLY lack you really need correct…As you integrate you become one, and your needs become one accordingly. Unified needs lead to unified action, because this produces a lack of conflict……
Only perfect love exists.
If there is fear,
It produces a state that does not exist.
Believe this and you will be free. Only God can establish this solution, and this faith is His gift.”
Now as I meditate on this truth, all sense of lack dissipates and I feel complete and full.

Curing Loneliness:
As an only child, with both parents constantly working, I was lonely. Caring this feeling into adulthood, I sought to fill the loneliness I felt inside with many external things. My favorite time would be the weekends because on those nights, I would be assured that I would find some event that would make me feel full, loved, appreciated and present.
This was me three years ago. At the time I thought the remedy to the big hole of loneliness that often consumed my being would be filled by something or someone else. I couldn’t be more WRONG! Fortunately, I found the cure and now I always feel full! What did I do?
I STARTED TO MEDITATE! Through meditation I began to dive inside and what I discovered was Great Love. This love, light and feeling of wholeness that I found when meditating led me to realize that all solutions to problems lie within me. I had a BIG issue with loneliness and meditating cured it. This practice of sitting silently and connecting with myself, the Universe, Source Energy has brought about the understanding that there is nothing out there. Let me repeat these words healing words again: THERE IS NOTHING OUT THERE. All the holes one needs to fill can never be fully remedied with an external thing. It is because all of reality is created within you.
It is truly the practice of going within self that allows for this healing to occur. Thanks to this practice, I live FREE AND FULL – I AM SUPPLIED BY THE INFINITE WELL OF NOURISHMENT FROM WITHIN AND I ENTER INTO THE WORLD FROM A PLACE OF REAL OF NON-ATTACHMENT. How would your life look different if you didn't seek to find your wholeness, your approval, your joy for something out there?
