Riding the powerfully blissful wave of gratitude.

During yoga class today, our teacher asked, “What are you grateful for?”A simple question but for some reason this time I inhaled a sweet breath that came with the message, “this moment.” The entire day, I continued to live open to seeing and feeling this overfilling sensation. At this time of ThanksGiving, may every moment, EVERY moment, be filled with sweet gratitude for you.

"To live gratitude is to touch heaven on Earth."
